Mena Law was founded by Frank C. Mena, Esq. Frank is a member of the Florida Bar and received his Juris Doctorate from Columbia University School of Law in 2000. Frank began his legal career at one of the most prestigious law firms in Florida, Squire Sanders & Dempsey, f/k/a, Steel Hector & Davis LLP (“Steel Hector”). At Steel Hector, Frank was in the International Corporate and Construction Law practice areas where he represented domestic and multi-national banks, governments, and developers. Frank also worked out of Steel Hector’s Brazil offices for one year assisting multi-national clients with business interests in the United States, and vice versa. Frank then accepted a job as Executive Vice-President and General Counsel for ACA Financial LLC (“ACA”). ACA was a lending company with approximately 250 locations throughout the country. Frank is also the Founder of Lynk Venutres, LLC, which owns, operates and/or consults multiple healthcare and real estate businesses. Frank is also a licensed real estate broker and the founder of M&M Real Estate Brokerage, LLC. Frank has studied or worked in seven cities across three continents – Miami, New Orleans, New York, Washington D.C., Madrid, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo.  He also speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.  Frank was born and raised in Miami and currently lives in Miami Beach. His background, qualifications and experience are perfectly tailored for Miami and the Beaches high-end luxury real estate requiring international exposure.  Frank has been involved as either an owner, investor, property manager, broker and/or general consultant on over US$100,000,000 of real estate properties and healthcare companies.
